Why Cops in Ferguson Don’t Have Body Cameras

Even if cameras cannot be a standard tool for each and every police department, those with a history of abuse, suspect fatalities and corruption should be mandated to wear cameras! If government officials wanted this to occur, barriers like cost wouldn’t matter!
